How can I cancel my Quizlet subscription before the charge from the App Store?

The problem is, the link in the email doesn’t work. It does not take me to the subscription. Also, none of our family members show a subscription in our iCloud accounts or App Store purchases. Does anyone have any ideas how to track down this subscription? When I contacted QUIZLET they stated that purchases through the Apple App Store need to be resolved through Apple. I am now stuck in a circular function. I welcome any ideas to cancel before the subscription renews.
