Am not able to use UPI Payments so please update my software and help me out thank you

Your tag line indicates that you have an iPhone X. You can update an iPhone X to the latest release of iOS 16. You cannot update an iPhone X to iOS 17 or higher. iOS 16 is the end of the line.
The people in charge of the UPI payment system have apparently decided to require all UPI payments on iPhones to take place on iOS 17 or higher. Since your iPhone X is not able to run iOS 17 or higher, the people who set the rules that all UPI app vendors must follow have, effectively, abandoned your iPhone. If you want to make or receive UPI payments with a phone, you will need to purchase a new phone.
