Hi. I have a question regarding the guided access feature. When I try to activate guided access by clicking the side button 3 times, instead of activating the feature, I am taken to the screen where power off slider appears along with the emergency and medical ID sliders. And, the screen will remain stuck with no controls appearing for guided access.

Seems clicking the side button 3 times hasn't been set-up for use with Guided Access on your iPhone yet.
