Self-Assigned IP on MacBook Air After Qustodio Install

I installed Qustodio (parent supervision software) onto my daughter's MacBook Air (running Sequoia 15.3) and now she's unable to connect to any WiFi. Upon noticing the problem, I uninstalled Qustodio using their Uninstaller but still cannot seem to fix the WiFi problem. I can't find any trace of the software anywhere on the computer, but I fear some setting has changed somewhere else. I even did a full reset of her laptop.

The problem seems to be a "Self-Assigned IP" issue when we try to connect to Wifi. I can't seem to undo it. She can connect to my phone's hotspot, but right now that's the only way to get her online.

I have contacted their support, but haven't heard back and reviews say it's lackluster.

Thanks in advance!
