I keep getting the message that my Storage is full on my Apple Watch. It's telling me to delete photos or music through the watch app on my phone and I have deleted everything that I am allowed to and it will be fine for a few days and then the message pops up again. How can I fix this?

Did you try to disable the automatic syncing of data in the WatchApp/Music, Photos, etc. ?
Then check if your storage space still fills up.
If this did not happen in the past, try to rest the watch and pair it again, to rule out a software issue:
If you have the GPS model, your watch only has 8GB storage, or 16GB for the cellular one.
This means, that watchOS already takes most of the useable space on the GPS watch, and the free space is very limited, even for the 16GB model.
I have the GPS model since I only have 8BG of storage. This makes sense though. I have a lot of storage freed up since I unpaired and repaired the watch to my phone so that was my main concern. Thank you! I truly appreciate all of you insight and help!
I did turn that off and I also unpaired and paired my watch again. Looks like it freed up a lot of storage but still showing a lot under the watchOS category. Is there any way I can free up some of that as well?
