Need UTC option in “World Clock” to be in 24-hour format

I am a meteorologist. We deal routinely in UTC (GMT). Many other folks use UTC as well.

HOWEVER…EVERYONE who uses UTC does so based on the 24-hour clock (i.e. right now it is 17:27 UTC). NO ONE using UTC would EVER use it in an “AM/PM” format (i.e. it is NOT 11:27 AM UTC right now). However, the only way I know of to set the UTC option in my world clock on my phone to 24-hour format, is to set my ENTIRE PHONE to 24-hour time, which I do NOT want to do. I want ONLY the UTC option in my world clock to show up as 24-hour time. Can someone please elevate this to the proper group, to make this happen?
