iPhone XS Max outgoing calls kept ringing through even though caller picked up

Hi There

I’m having Problems with My IPhone XS Max on IOS 18.3

I called someone today an even though they picked up and talked down the phone to me it still rang through for a couple of moments like they hadn’t picked. It seemed like it was connecting to another phone. When they picked up they couldn’t hear me talking on the end even though I could hear them. My phone has been playing up for a while now and often when calling out there is no dialling tone and it’s just silent until I reboot my phone or i try calling multiple times. Anyone having the same issues with there phone is it possible my phone has been hacked or is this just me being paranoid ? What can I do to fix this issue if anyone knows please comment.
