As mentioned, you can use their website however.

Capcut like TikTok is not available in the App Store as any apps associated with ByteDance have been banned by the Us government and Apple cannot make them available.

You should still be able to download Capcut to a computer from their own Website however, or use their online tool

Or contact your Congressional Representatives that passed the law imposing fines on both Google and Apple for allowing it in their App Stores. Posting to an Apple Support site will not reverse the law, since Apple did not pass it in the first place.

Please bring capcut and tiktok back, both of them are reslly just for entertainment. Barely any harm, unless tou are really young and fall for strangers tricks.
