If you ever used a previous free trial to Apple Music, you would not be eligible for another one. A free trial can only be used once. If you are eligible, the offer will show up when launching the Music app as seen here:
“New iPhone 13”? Apple discontinued this model in September, 2024.
Or perhaps Apple Music is not available in your region.
