iPhone 15 Pro Max stuck on update with error (1109).06B4.0000

I recently tried to complete the software update on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, however, when the update was in progress an error occured, (1109).06B4.0000 Now the phone is stuck with the progress bar and apple symbol. I tried to do a factory reset and restore the phone with the back up completed prior to update, however the same issue occured. Can someone please help as to a solution? Thank you.
