No. Your iPhone X has been discontinued with the latest iOS software updates and cannot be updated past iOS 16.7.10. You will need a newer iPhone to run iOS 17, or ideally the latest iOS 18. The iPhone XR, XS, and iPhone 11 and newer all support the latest iOS 18.
