How can I disable all shortcuts with a focus setting?

I need a focus that will stop ALL triggers in SHORTCUTS. This is very necessary when I am in a meeting or concert since I have several shortcuts which speak text or sound notifications at various times of the day. Shortcuts is not listed as an app that can be silenced in the focus settings. The only option seems to be to turn off the iPhone 12, but then important notifications are not available. Surely this is a common problem but I can find no solution short of having to go into each shortcut separately and turn them off manually.
