If the Artisan printer is currently connected to your local Wi-Fi network for printing?
Then you should be able to add and use it without additional drivers from Epson.

If you are using it as a USB printer, you will need a USB-C to USB-A adapter and drivers from Epson.

You should probably check with Epson about this. They will know which models will work. I imagine it will depend on how old that Epson is, will you be connecting wirelessly or wired, etc.
What model is the Epson printer..?
Looks like it.
It should for the most part work directly over USB, but Epson does have drivers for macOS 15 Sequoia if required.
