my apple account 's Security questions and answers are changed by somebody

I have received an email from apple that

Your Apple Account information has been updated.

Dear

The following changes to your Apple Account were made on February 7, 2025 at 5:30:15 AM GMT+2:

Security question(s) and answer(s)

If you did not make these changes or you believe an unauthorized person has accessed your account, you should change your password as soon as possible from your Apple Account page at

Apple Support

and I try to log in apple account. I found that Security question and answers are changed which I couldn't understand.

I think my apple id are stolen and being used by some other guy illegally.

please let me know how I can change security questions and answers.

I have changed log in password but still cannot change security question and answers.

if Recovery fails, and it probably will, also try enabling two-factor authentication.

If that fails, get another Apple Account and transition your gear to it, as you lost control of this Apple Account.

Given you’re still using security questions, that means no two-factor authentication was enabled, which means password compromises (whether due to password re-use or phishing or password guessing or shoulder surfing) are irreversible.
