How can I fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max not receiving notifications?

I have a 13 pro max and for some reason my notifications for everything is not showing up I have tried everything from resetting , do not disturb, updating to the newest update, and even installing and reinstalling and nothing is working and I’m getting mad.
