Hi,
I turn off wifi in Settings / wifi.
I turn on airplane mode.
I turn off airplane mode.
ios 19 turns Wifi and Bluetooth automatically.
This did not happen on ios 17 or 16 or 15 etc.
I do not use wifi or bluetooth.
How can I stop this behaviour?

Essentially, the system remembers and reinstates the state of the WiFi that was set before entering Airplane Mode, ensuring that the WiFi behavior remains consistent whenever you use Airplane Mode.
This is true for Bluetooth too.

Why not? Leaving WiFi on will improve the accuracy of your location services.

Turn on Airplane Mode. Turn off WiFi and BT. Turn off Airplane Mode.
