Bt emails disappearing on iPads and iPhone after iOS update
I have 2 email addresses, gmail and Bt. Also have 2 iPads and a phone.
For the last couple of weeks my Bt emails have been disappearing on all 3 devices, sometimes when I am looking at them. They are still there on my Windows desktop.
BT support said it was the client I was using and that I should download that BT app, which I did on one iPad. No change.
This started the day my phone updated and used email on my PC for the 1st time. Could either of these caused this?
The BT email is the one I have had for years and used by my bank, etc, so losing mails is serious.
Please can anyone help?
