Apple TV app on macOS 15.3 will not play media

Are you referring to Apple’s content from subscription or from the Store?

Or are you referring to your own media files loaded into the Apple TV app Library?

Please note that the Apple TV app on macOS has its own app sign-in, separate from device registration and iCloud. Be sure to sign in to the TV app, through the menu Account, or else through the account icon at the bottom of the side bar, using the Apple Account that has the subscription or purchases linked to it.

I have this issue with a newly purchased MacBook Pro M4 running sequoia 15.3.2

the tv app stops playing after the logo. I have signed in and out and back in, it doesn’t fix the issue. Cleaned the cache, reinstalled the os… still not working.

I can get the content to play in a browser though, but not the app. I was hoping to download my shows to watch while traveling.
