Is there a way to only disable audio in Bluetooth on an Apple Watch? Unless I'm missing something, Bluetooth on the Apply Watch can only be either totally off or on. We can't use our iPhone for car navigation otherwise.
You most likely have a different issue.

True. It's our iPhone being connected to both the watch and our car entertainment system that's causing the problem. I read where the iPhone Bluetooth can't handle multiple audio connections at the same time. That's why I looking to only disable the audio on the watch Bluetooth.
I've been using my iPhone connected to my car for 7 years now while being connected to my watch.
Never had an issue with the watch stopping or interfering anything.
