How to revert to the old email layout on iPhone?

Anyone besides me unhappy with the new look to our email? Hate it and want to know how to change it to my old view.

I have an msn account but use the email icon on my phone for it. The new update has added large ugly icons before each email to indicate what category the email falls into. Happened with the update so assumed it was something Apple did. Attaching a screenshot below of
