How can I connect a new Apple MacBook to WiFi when no networks are available?
When I switch on my new Apple MacBook it asks me to choose a WiFi but there are none to choose from

You can't.
There need to be available networks nearby to connect to.
Do you not have a Wi-fi network you can use at home or wherever you are setting up the Mac currently?
If you are near a network, but it just does not appear, then try restarting your router.
