M4 Mini and TESMart KVM USB Issue?

Anyone here using their M4 Mac Mini with a KVM? I have a TESMart KVM that is 4 computers with 3 monitors each, and other computers work completely fine with this KVM. I don't have any display issues, and the M4 Mini I just received is using the HDMI port to connect to one of the ports on the KVM. The other two displays are connected using thunderbolt HDMI adapter cables.

My issue is when it comes to the USB connection. I have a Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo that uses their USB transceiver. Again, other computers connected to this KVM work fine with not only the displays, but also the wireless keyboard/mouse.

When I switch the KVM to the Mac Mini, the keyboard and mouse are not responsive. As soon as I switch back to another computer connected to the KVM, the keyboard/mouse become responsive again.

I am using this USB device cable to connect the mini to the KVM: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W81GXV9 and I have tried connecting it to both one of the USB C ports on the front of the mini, as well as one of the Thunderbolt ports on the back. Neither connection makes a difference.

So, I would be really thankful to hear from someone who has either had this issue and corrected it somehow, or knows what I might try next??

Thanks in advance!

Hi - I have a similar setup, but with this 2 Computer/2 Monitor TESmart KVM . When I first added my new Mac Mini M4 Pro this month, I was having Screen flickering (or going to "snow") issues and the Keyboard/Mouse issue you described. I solved the Keyboard/Mouse issue by plugging my Logitech Unifying Reciever into one of the USB 3.0 ports, and NOT the identified Keyboard/Mouse USB ports.
