Have you talked to the support team at the cellular provider that gave you the SIM card? If so, what did they say?
I talked to them they said don't have any problem in the network provider side they said I have to go to the Apple Store and tell them the problem

There may be mobile connectivity issues as a result of the environment, device settings, network, software issue or the device using beta lOS software.

When put my aim card in the phone that time only show the network for the moment then start showing no service

No I’m not using beta software I’m using iOS 18.3 maybe software issue if it’s software issue how can I slove it
No they never gave me new SIM card I just went and tell the whole issue they said I have to go to the Apple Store
