How to know who paid in my card to apple/bill
I received several payments to apple/bill and it wasn't me so I want to know who the payment was made to

You have authorized anyone else to make purchases when:
- you give them your Passcode to the device
- you give them your Apple ID Password to make charges to your account
- you are the Family Organizer and use Purchase Sharing.
Only you would know who that person is since the person would have information that only you would know and by using the link to see what was purchased, it may help to narrow it down. To prevent others from making purchases, you have many options. Start by changing the Passcode/Password and you can also use Screen Time Restrictions to prevent purchases depending on who you want to allow using your device or account.
Paying the purchase is done using the payment information that is on your Apple Account and again that would require you Password to view or change it.
