Developer menu on Safari missing after updating MacBook Pro to macOS 15.3

I opened Settings, checked and unchecked, "Show features for web developers" and nothing happened. What finally worked is me shutting down Safari and reopening it. Then when I checked "Show features for web developers" Develop appeared in between bookmarks and Window. Good to go again!

If "Show features for web developers" in the Settings still doesn't show the "Develop" menu, then you should go to Safari > Settings > Feature Flags and enable/disable one of those settings. That will trigger the "Develop" menu. I had that problem after an update to Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81).

After the update my Develop menu had disappeared. I went to settings and "Show features for web developers" was disabled. I enabled it, but the menu didn't appear. I had to disable it and re-enable it again to make the menu appear.

I had the "show features for web developers" setting checked, but no Develop menu or settings. Had to uncheck and check again to trigger them to come back.

I helps but I had to turn the checkbox off, then exit safari, then turn it on back and then Developer menu appeared. Otherwise it didn't want.

after my update Ver 15.3 I lost my Develop Tab allow me to clean empty Cache , how can I set it back ?
