Automations not showing up on my Shortcuts app
When I click on the 'Shortcuts" app in the apps section of my iphone-12 mini, the automations tab does not show up.

Nope. You sent a screenshot of what you see at Settings > Apps > Shortcuts.
Find the Shortcuts icon on your Home Screen to open the app.
