I was trying get a 3 days free trial and after I clicked to that i have been charged for a yearly subscription. That app is ‘InShot’. Requesting my refund and an investigation to “Inshot” for the scam.

Are you saying that as soon as you click to Get the app, that your account is immediately charged for a year's subscription?
If that were the case I doubt that it would be such a highly rated app. If that were happening there would be many complaints in the reviews.
A trial subscription must be canceled 24 hours before the renewal date, or it will renew as a paid subscription. You would have needed to cancel the 3-day trial in your Apple Account details before the end of the 2nd day so as not to be charged for the year's subscription. Deleting an app will not cancel a subscription.

When you click to 3 days trial it brings you to one year subscription and says “Free for 3 days, then £14.99/year after trial.” I accepted that since i believed i won’t be charged but i was immediately charged for one year subscription. I checked my bank details and i confirmed. I immediately cancelled but still i have subsription until 07.02.2026. I hope apple will make the refund,
