Email Data Leak from IPad Pro Gen 2

Recently I'm receiving TikTok log in OTPs on my TWO email IDs. My initial though was, my email addresses have been leaked from somewhere, but yesterday, I logged in my 3rd account on google sheets using my IPad and within a minute I received the TikTok log in OTP on the 3rd account on which I have never received.

I have never browsed tiktok, not even on browser. Given the timeline and similarity of the events, I feel it has something to do with my Ipad.

Is there any security scan that I can run, or any 3rd party applications?

I have searched 'Have I been PWNED (HIBP) and Avast online web checker, but no leak was Identified.
