No one here can assist with that. If you don’t still have enough context for Apple Account Recovery (linked above), and don’t still have the password and access to a trusted device or trusted phone number, and don’t have a recovery key, then you are left to present receipts to Apple and get any associated devices transferred to an Apple Account that you do control.
