How to “review” privacy information on Music so CarPlay will play

sometimes - when I am leaving town for a car trip - CarPlay refuses to play my Music library. It tells me to stop driving and “open Music on your iPhone and review the privacy information.”

But that never works! I stop driving, open Music and scroll through the entire privacy disclosure - expanding all the subtopics and even clicking on the links - to no avail. There is no button to press to acknowledge the policy. iPhone 11, iOS 18.1.1. Audi.

This is so incredibly frustrating! I have tried so many different permutations of power cycling car and phone. Eventually it will fix itself, after I have arrived destination and left car for hours; but there seems to be nothing I can do to fix it so I can listen to my Music library on the road trip. Could it be related to Apple Watch or other iPhones in the car?
