How to use my "hide my email" generated email to write message.

Hi, first of all I'm asking for my brother. We have problem. He subscribed Photoleap App for 7 days trail, he canceled subscripton but still they charged his bank account. I found solution to write email message to their support. And now we have biggest problem, beacause he created account by signing with Apple but he used "hide my email". How to create email message using generated email by Apple. Thanks for your answers.

I found out because a website I signed up to using a hide my email address would not let me login and said I needed to verify my account by clicking a link they emailed me. after several days the email has not come and I asked it to be resent many times. so then I tested a bunch of my other hide my email addresses by sending mail to them from a gmail account. only 1 came through about 3 hours later. how do I fix this. apple support employees dont even know what hide my email is and told me I dont have any problems. one person hung up on me out of frustration with the topic. what a joke.

How can I log in using my Hide My Email without "Sign in with Apple" option? I signed up to Myq app using the hide my email feature. However, if I try to go their website and log in there. There's no option to login with Apple id. In this case, even if I copy the random email copied by Apple I still cannot login. The same happens if I try to sync my user with IFTTT.
