There is no way you can find out when an Apple gift card was redeemed. Apple cannot give you that information.

Sorry, but you were scammed on the NoOnes site. That is not unusual, especially when dealing with crypto to anonymize transactions. You can report the scam to them here, but that will not stop the next one.

As for getting your money back or finding out when it was redeemed, that is not going to happen. That is why they call it a scam. Choose wisely who you decide to give your money to as you are the only one responsible for those actions.
