Unable to recover and open crashed 20-minute video from photo booth on MacBook Pro 2021

I recorded a 20min video on photo booth from my MacBook pro 2021. After I finished, it “crashed” and now I’m not able to open it. I’ve tried exporting it, but I can not open it as well. It appears like it lasts 0:00, but it doesn’t . Also, when I try to open it with quicktime player, it says that the file isn’t compatible with it, but the format of the video is QT movie. I put so much effort in that video, I don’t know what to do to solve this. Help!! (english is not my first language, sorry if it’s something wrong)
