How can I fix my Apple Watch ECG not responding?

I’ve tried, rebooting my watch and unpairing and pairing as a new watch but still I’m still unable to take a reading - the watch is snug on my wrist, the app opens but nothing happens when I touch the crown. Any assistance would be appreciated.

To me it sounds like your watch needs to go in for repair.

If it was working in the past and no longer works after the steps you have taken it is most likely a hardware issue.

But be aware, this is not a warranty issue and that the Series 6 is most likely on it's last year before it is no longer update-able or supported.
