How to Install Old App Version onto a New iPhone with new iOS?

I have here 3 generation of iPhones: one where latest possible iOS is 10.3.4, where latest iOS is 15.8.3 and one with current iOS (now 18.3).

I have (at least) 2 apps that were updated and latest version does not run on iOS 15, only on iOS 16 or later. Both are installed on the 2 old devices, but not yet on the new one.

Bot apps are catastrophically unusable in the new version, but fine in the old version, and they still run on old iOS and I still use the old version on the old devices.

Btw.: I am aware that there might be some incompatibilities with old versions on newer iOS – but that is not the problem here.

How to i install the old version that does not run iOS 16 or above on the new iPhone with an iOS that is 16 or above?

Is there a possibility to spoof the AppStore that iOS 15 is installed (even if in fact it is newer) as it can be done with user agent in web browsers? Or is it possible to downgrade and reinstall latest iOS 15 to install the app and update again to 18?

The answers will not help, but at least you will know that they are accurate, so you won't have to waste your time trying to find solutions that do not exist.

In that case, I'm sorry but I believe you have no other options.

It's a choice of the app developers and, as you surely know, this doesn't only happen in the iOS "world", but also for devices that use different operating systems (Android, Windows, etc.).
