QuickTime save edited video error 12212
I want to combine 2 videos with QuickTime Player on my MacBook air m1 on macOS 15. disk has enough space. when saving the video, QuickTime says 'an unknown error occurred (-12212)'.
Could it be that these two videos use different codecs, different color spaces, different encoding settings, or similar that makes it non-trivial to combine the two into one?
You may need a different movie editor to do this, maybe one that uses an intermediate editing format.
Have you tried iMovie?
