The sound diminishes on its own

Hello, I have a problem. Recently my phone started to decrease its volume. The sound becomes like while talking on the phone in normal applications. For example, I put on the speaker during a call and the sound still comes from the top speaker. The problem appeared after updating to 18.3. Also, when I go into the applications at full volume there is an animation of sound reduction, and it becomes quiet as during a call.
