Want to delete Image Playground.

It's a built into MacOS and can't be removed. Asking why questions here won't get you anywhere. This is a user to user only forum and we don't work for Apple, nor will Apple respond to you here. Suffice to say, you can't delete it because Apple doesn't permit it to be deleted. It occupies very little space, so if you have no use for it, just like other things on your Mac you don't need, just don't use it and call it a day.
