How can I ensure my iPhone NFC works consistently?

When I want to perform a transaction using NFC on my phone, I have to repeat it 4 times. When I try it on another device of the same model and same version, it works without any problems at once. When I conveyed this to the Apple Support team in Turkey, I received the answer that if it works even for the fourth time, we do not call it a problem, but when it does not work completely, we call it a problem. Another support staff member replied, "Unfortunately, Türkiye does not support Apple Pay, so we cannot say it is a phone-related problem." Who will help me?
