Aren't they very old Windows based games? There is no way they will work on an M-series Mac since the game was made for older Intel CPUs and the M-series Macs use an Apple Silicon CPU (modified ARM architecture). Even if these games have an older macOS port, it is unlikely they would work on later version of macOS (even on Intel Macs), much less an M-series Mac.
If you want to play those games, then get yourself a Windows PC, but make sure that those games will work with Win10 or Win11....some older games may not even work on newer versions of Windows either without the game being updated. Even the newer faster CPUs can negatively affect game play on older games because they were not designed for such fast CPUs. You will need to do some research to make sure they can be played on newer PC hardware & newer versions of Windows before you spend any money on the hardware or the games.
FYI, Macs are not a gaming computer. And any games made for Intel Macs may not work with an M-series Mac. You cannot go by the games' recommended system requirements unless they specifically mention an M-series Mac since those requirements may not have been updated. Yes, there may be a few games here or there that may work fine, but do your research first.
FWIW, I can't find a Mac version of Hero of Might and Magic III or IV.

I don't play games on a Mac so I have no clue.
The Apple App Store is the best place since the apps seem to have system requirement better listed and it will tell you if you cannot download the game.
Steam is a popular gaming platform & store, but I have no idea if the games available through Steam are properly labeled to show compatibility with an M-series Mac. Epic Games Store is another place to purchase games, but I've never used Epic Games Store so I have no idea if they separate out the M-series compatible games. Since Apple keeps changing the macOS frameworks & behavior....macOS support is an ever moving target which most game developer's won't keep updating their games unless game sales are extraordinary for that platform. Games have always been difficult even when using a dedicated Windows PC.
Unless the original developer of a game provides a macOS version of the game, then I don't think anyone is really porting the Windows only games to macOS anymore (or very rarely these days).
Edit: If you don't want a Windows PC for gaming, then I would suggest a hand held game console or a full blown game console such as XBox or PlayStation.

Are you saying that I bought a laptop for 900 euros and I can't install anything from games? :((((
Go to the App Store and you will find many of the popular games including Resident Evil, Asphalt, Myst, Civilization, Sims, and Tomb Raider just to name a few. If you are into Arcade style games, then subscribe to Apple Arcade where you can play about 150 different games with no download price, all with no ads and no in-app purchases.

That wasn't said at all. What was said is some games will run on Apple Silicon Macs, and some won't. You'll have to check which is which.

Just to add, there was an important 15.3.1 Sequoia update released today. Be sure to update.
