How do I restore app data of iPhone from iCloud?

I offloaded my Way app to reduce storage , because I don’t have the option to just clear my cache( it’s offload or delete only) , and now I can’t restore it! What can I do? I thought all my data was saved to my iCloud,but I can’t find it anywhere!

How Can I Get My Information Back? I woke up to the new iOS 26.2 version on my phone. I can't even describe how much I hate it. Not only is it downright ugly, it changed the ENTIRE layout of my phone. But that's not even the problem, the problem is it restarted my apps. From the beginning. It signed me out of everything. I was able to log back in but on a certain app, it reset my information COMPLETLY. I've lost 4 YEARS of data. I have absolutely no idea how to get it back either. The reason I'm writing this thread is to ask how in the world I can get it back. It's still the same device, same apps, same account, same login. But none of my stuff is on the apps. I don't know what to do and I really do not want to lose my stuff.
