iCloud browser - reminders font problem on one Apple account (not another)

I'm currently running two parallel(ish) Apple accounts as I switch country from the UK to Canada.

When I log into iCloud in Chrome on one account and use Reminders, I get a weird serif font. On the other account, same browser, literally logging out of one account and into another, I get what I assume is the right design. I've cleared the cache, logged in and out, and the wrong font has persisted for months.

Screenshots attached - any ideas?

Update for the benefit of anyone finding this:

TLDR:

Apple: we don't support Chromebooks, nothing can be done.

Hour or so on chat to Apple 'advisors' who found a reason to disconnect the chat every time they didn't know the answer. At one point they tried to tell me that having a VPN installed (not running, just installed) was the problem. Finally requested a call with a 'supervisor' who told me that 'Apple doesn't support Chromebooks' and 'nothing could be done'.

So now we know. iCloud.com is for Windows only (because why would you use it rather than an app on an Apple device?). Anything else, go boil your head, peasant.

I've got an (old) iPhone and an ageing, base level iPad, but the beautiful Apple walled garden is expensive and I can't justify the cost of a Macbook. One of the few justifications is their support, but hey, I don't get any. Apple makes cross-OS use a massive pain and Google makes it easy, so I'll be heading for their ecosystem when I upgrade my phone and tablet.

(I don't post this just for the whine. It's feedback for Apple about why they're losing a customer).
