How do I stop receiving Beta updates on iPhone with update toggles off?
Still getting beta updates when I have the update toggles off!

You are going to want to unenroll from the Apple Beta Program. To do so, first log into beta.apple.com, then scroll down to Unenroll in the bottom fine print.
