How can I tell if someone accessed my Notes app?

I am worried I have been hacked.

I had an Apple note being created in my one when I wasn’t using my phone or MacBook. Only had a title created.

besides changing my password is there anything else I need to do?

so unless you prove me that Ghost are a thing and they can write notes joking then I think hacked is the most viable option.

the note only shows the text written on my laptop, on the iPhone simply shows as new note and no title. And it’s done as a handwritten note. So either my iPad or phone or laptop have been compromised in some way.

Or, you had notes open and either accidentally dictated something or pasted something. Either of those things is far, far more likely than your device being compromised.

As MrBill3 said, it's possible that your Apple Account was compromised (also far more likely than your device being compromised).

Another thing to consider, are you sharing your Apple Account with another device?

The chances of me dictating are none. I had all my devices off or in sleep mode. I was no where near them. Notes are shared in 3 devices all of which were off of in sleep mode. Only I have access to my account.

i never even seen the first kanji so I am not even studying that specific writing. I never researched anything about ghost either let alone in Japanese. So from my end it’s basically impossible to be my input.

I know you won't believe it but it's still more possible than that your device was compromised.

Since you won't believe it, I suggest you restore your phone to factory settings, perferably with a computer. Do not restore your backup. Sync any data from iCloud (assuming you've decided it hasn't been compromised) and re-download apps manually.
