Just received a bill from apple.com for £64.99 but don't recognise what it's for. There are no subscriptions on my apple account etc. Can I ask anyone at apple? And how?

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
The EU allows you to make purchases outside of the App Store where Apple is not able to manage those charges. In that case you must contact the developer of the app or the third party App Store you used.
Visit support.apple.com/billing to review your purchases, subscriptions, and billing details. If you're in a family share, verify that no other members made a purchase. If no resolution through the above, contact your card issuer as your credentials may be compromised.
