I have a MacBook Pro. After the last software update, sequoia 15.2 , I can't shutdown my computer. I get message "System Settings" interrupted shut down. Cancel or Try again.
It will not let me shut down.

The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.3 - I would start there

You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.
