How to resolve Paramount Plus not loading past the logo on iPad

Ordered Paramount plus. Pay every month. It plays on my iPhone. When trying to use it on my IPad the Paramount screen comes up but stops right there. Can’t watch anything on iPad. When I first got Paramount plus it worked great. Now….not so much.
