"Cellular Network Issue" on iPhone 16 Pro Max post iOS 18.3.1 update

Hello! Earlier today, I updated to iOS 18.3.1. After I finished updating, it immediately popped up "Cellular Network Issue".

I contacted Verizon, suspecting it could be a potential outage. No outage, we tried adding an E-SIM, and resetting the network. I tried the Apple steps of "resetting network settings", and restarting the phone after a few minutes, nothing is working.

Is there any way to fix this? Or do I just have to wait for the next software update?

Thanks!

What I provided is a standard starting point for troubleshooting and in OP’s case a point to continue troubleshooting from.

If that doesn’t resolve it that article very clearly suggest what to do next “If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, and a hardware issue is suspected, you might need service. Get service.“
