How can I transfer my Apple Watch to my child?

I have an apple watch that I don't use often. My child has an outdated apple watch. I'd like to give them my watch. Both watches are currently paired to my iPhone and I'm not sure how to do this.

Maybe I have to clear both watches and start over, but I'm hoping there's an easier way.
