Can anyone help me find out how to get an printout or statement with the virtual Apple Pay card last 4 numbers showing so that I may be able to verify that the card belongs to me ?

There is no such thing as an Apple Pay card. Are you referring to Apple Cash card? If so, the transactions are listed in your Apple Cash virtual card in your Wallet app. Apple Cash card is a virtual prepaid debit card and as such does not have a statement or printout.
